
| One of the top three Global Churches: Led development of strategy to grow new membership; current membership loyalty as well as increasing geographic penetration. Part of the strategy to increase membership and current membership was to build a new channel strategy. One component of the channel strategy was to analyze member needs and methods of attraction; identify important relationships and define the information, transactions and content requirements per channel that would differentiate the church. Results: 20% improvement in new membership; 60% increase in retention / loyalty Another diagnostic performed was on the operations of the church. Here, we used benchmarking and process analysis to assess: the supply chain (inventory management, strategic planning, operational planning, forecasting / budgeting, supply / demand planning, extended partnership model etc.), back office functions (finance, IT, HR, etc.). Results: 30% improvement in operational costs In addition, the team built a supporting IT strategy, architectural blueprint; performed vendor selection; and also facilitated the end-to-end implementation of this architecture.
