 | Rosemarie is the founder and CEO of RHT Consulting. She has 15 years of consulting experience in all areas of strategy; including, but not limited to strategies for: transformation, restructuring, innovation, tiered business strategies, growth strategy, business models, R&D transformation, operations optimization, IT architecture and roadmap as well as workforce management / organizational design. She has led large transformations / restructuring projects for the world’s leading companies of nearly every industry segment. Prior to starting RHT Consulting, Rosemarie held leadership positions in several consulting organizations. At PRTM, she was an equity partner and developed original thought leadership, methods and tools focused on “Growth Breakthrough” innovation. She led transformations using this framework for two of the largest companies in their sectors. At IBM, she led the development and implementation of the “Growth Breakthrough Innovation” focus. Rosemarie developed the methodology that is used for selecting and incubating Emerging Business Opportunties, the key growth engine within IBM. For the last two years Rosemarie was at IBM, she developed the Innovation Strategy practice area. While she was at Booz Allen & Hamilton, she developed leading thought leadership and methodologies to “fuse” business and IT strategy. Finally, at Ernst & Young, she created the eBusiness strategy approach as well as created new Business-IT fusion thought leadership, approaches and methodologies to drive growth in the IT strategy practice. A third of Rosemarie’s client experience has been outside of the US. She is conversant in German, French, Spanish and Danish.
Rosemarie has a patent pending on “Growth Breakthrough” innovation, tiered transformation strategies, and financial modelling. One patent is specifically focused on Growth Breakthroughs in the life sciences industry. In addition, Rosemarie has written several articles on the world of breakthrough innovation, transformation, “game changing” industry dynamics and technology strategy. In addition to consulting expertise, Rosemarie has been on the “other side of the desk”. She held the position of VP of Global Strategy at Marsh & McLennan. At Oracle, she spearheaded the Advanced Technology organization and led the first implementation ever of the web based ERP and CRM applications globally. Finally, at Goldman Sachs, in addition to being an analyst for the Listed Stock Block desk, Rosemarie implemented the “killer app” architecture to redefine how trading was performed.
Rosemarie earned her undergraduate degree from Smith in Mathematics, Economics and Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. She obtained a “mini-MBA” sponsored by Booz Allen & Hamilton, and also attended Oxford University to study Software Engineering.
Rosemarie has achieved several awards for her work, including, but not limited to, the Samuel Bowles prize for impactful thought leadership in Economics and Math and the Golden Circle award for significant, sustainable transformation work. In addition, she has been asked to speak at the World Innovation Forum and the Goldman Sachs Women in Leadership conference.
